Returns and Exchanges You can return any item, for any reason within 14days, providing the garment has not been worn and is returned in a proper resaleable condition and the pakage is in good condition not torn open. To do so, simply complete the returns form supplied with your order. Be sure to fill in the details, enclose with your package and wrap securely. Send to Jamlia Returns, 15 BWharfdale Road, London N1 9SB. We will exchange your order or refund your money as required. Always remember to ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office when returning goods, just in case the package fails to reach us. Proof of delivery is not proof of goods received.
